  • Just want to thank you for all these videos very helpful!

  • i think you should not memorize accent marks when you begin learning. There are very easy rules to put them on all words. Just leave the words without accent, even spanish speakers do it most of the time.

  • Hey:) THANK YOU SOOOO MUCHH!! I'm taking Spanish class at school and I was behind today since I missed a class but thanks to you now I'll probably be ahead of everyoneXD Anyways, do you have to put the accent on ALL numbers after 20 that end with 2,3 or 6?

  • Your videos really help me out alot, there are very useful. When school started (I watched your videos two weeks in advance) my teacher thought I was really good at spanish. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!

  • do you have a youtube partnership? if not, you should get one! well deserving of one! :)

  • so ,does i matter to only speak in short form?

  • Youve done an amazing job but what would be helpful (if you have time) is how you pronounce certain things (the movement of your mouth especially) i find this fascinating but also very hard

  • @evecioul i noticed it with 9. It has a V but you didnt pronounce the V with your lips

  • sorry for the multiple posts but it almost looks like a B if you were speaking English but your lips don't meet. I've noticed this quite a lot in Spanish

  • The numbres 20, 21, 22,... do you say "veinte" or "beinte" ? cuz I understood "beinte".

  • @00LyricPrincess00 I believe its supposed to be a mix of the 2 thats why he says it like that.

  • good video!!! creo que volvi a decir algo mal, e visto muchas de tus clases aunque ya se español bueno es ovio soy hispanohablante,es mi lengua materna

  • you rock!!!

  • this helped me with an exam a lot!!!! i got a really good score!!! 18 out of 20!!!

  • -Omg! ive learnt 1-10 already with watchin it 4 times :o ur amazin.

    - do u do lessons ? face to face ?

  • 1 question, why do i have to remeber 2x3=6?

  • @justsmilehomie

to remember when to put the accent marks...

    veintidós

    veintitrés

    veintiséis / dieciséis

  • @tontitofrito Thanks.

  • @justsmilehomie cuz the accentmark is on 2 3 and 6 if u put the words together after 20 :)

  • @justsmilehomie Because U can then remember the "accent rule" that is applied for these three numbers ;-)

  • This is sooo great! I'm taking Spanish 1 next year and I already know 0-39! ^_^

  • the best one in the web, thnx x

  • Again, another very useful video for some basic pronunciation; I'll be connecting it to my blogs for teaching Spanish on wordpress at latamaritabonita and for IST's language blog on wordpress at istlanguages; Muchas gracias for all your hard work! Sra. Tamara

  • Good job. English is not my native language, but I have success with Spanish now :-) through your lessons.

    Me gusta tu español :-)

    Gracias!

  • This helped ALOT for spanish T.A.G.

  • ur videos are helpin me heeps , thanks

  • Oh nvm, saw my mistake. Thanks for the videos :)

  • Oh I wanted to ask - if 10 is written as diez, why in info when it comes to, for example, writing 16, it is written as dieciseis? Shouldn't it be dieziseis then?

  • @OdinistSonata it's just a spelling rule: Words in Spanish finishing with "Z" change it for a "C" when they're plural or become a part of a new word. For example, Pez - Peces (Fish in singular and plural). Luz - Luciérnaga (Light and Firefly)

  • is there a way u can go slower its hard to keep up

  • its the best video u've been posting the sound is very clear really appreciated..grasia..

  • My wife and I are an old couple who are taking Spanish lessions and having a hell of a time learning even though we have an excellent "profesora" We have found your videos a great help in understanding the language and the proper pronunciation of the Spanish words. Best Spanish tutorial we have found on youtube. Thank you

  • next~cuarenta

  • I would like to see some videos on basic converstations

  • The spelling is so weird because it seems like our english teachers are always scolding us if we dont use the i before e except after c rule and the words are spelled ei... I mean I know this isnt English, but it just feels wrong, like it is the opposite of a reflex or instinct.... just wrong

  • i like thiz better than any spanish lessons from anybody else n u r makin since you pronounce the wordz and show us how itz spelled and havin fun with the lessons

  • WITH A NATIVE SPEAKER, YOU WON'T LISTEN " Veinte Y uno" YOU WILL LISTEN "VeintIuno" YOU DON'T HAVE TO SEPARATE. IT'S JUST ONE WORD

  • I'm guessing someone didn't read the annotations or the info for the video! tisk tisk

  • @k3ngarbage CAPS LOCK IS CRUISE CONTROL FOR COOL

My question is : is this the spain accent or mexican accent ?? And which accent do you is better for a beginner like me ??

    Gracias

Me gutsa studiar español .. ^_^ .. i hope it is right

  • if you live in america, study mexican spanish

if you live in europe, study castilian spanish

and they are both as easy. and that is mexican accent 'cause otherwise he'd be saying thero not sero when he's saying cero. same with cinco, diez etc.

  • Okay cool, what other differences are there?

Th= a sort of lisp sound rather than the tongue between the teeth English TH, right?

  • You are the best spanish teacher i've ever seen

Thank you soooooo much .. I realy liked the way you are teaching spanish ..

My Question is .. Is this the spain accent or the mexican accent ?? And which one do you think is better for a beginner like me ??

  • ive always been told to pronounce ci's and ce's as th e.g gracias= grathias?

  • You'll only need to do that predominately In Spain.

  • My spanish teacher does that, but she says it's a spanish accent. She also says grathias.

  • yup it's the castilian accent. in andalucia and latin america you dont have to 'lisp' when saying s before e or i ;D

  • @MrParamorelover , if you want to sound gay this is OK.

  • You make it really fun and easy :). Tnx.

  • fantastic!! my daughter is learning from you...its very clear and precise, gracias

  • Gracias!!! =3

  • Hi! I´m a Brazilian guy who loves English language, which I´ve been studying for years and now I decided to learn a bit of Spanish and I found your videos. I´d like to say that I´m enjoying a lot!!! Great work!! Thanx a lot!!!

  • gracias, this video is mucho helpful:D

  • This is awesome! Thank you so much. :D

  • Thank you so much!!! I have been struggling to learn Spanish by myself for quite a while now. Your videos make it so much more simple and easy to absorb the language than a thick textbook. Keep up the good work!!!

  • That long form that is mentioned in the video is not correct. It can be helpful to learn, but you can't say or write in spanish: tengo veinte y tres años (I'm 23 years old), you must say and write: tengo veintitres años. Same to: Tengo diecisiete años.

  • love ur videos thanks!!!

  • thats exactly what i was searching for!

    best spanish lesson so far.

  • Gracias. Let me know if there's anything I can help you with (other than the videos)

  • hey mate... was just looking up some clips on beginners spanish. This was perfect. thanks
