The video, which you have yet to comment on, is about the threat of ISLAMIC terrorism. The defense systems in Eastern Europe are a response to ISLAMIC threats. It's not a defensive system clown, it's designed to evade our missile defense which work (supposedly) against balistic flight paths. This system dodges to evade. And then releases multiple warheads.
