I'm so confused all the reviewers only stick with the obvious... This game has layers within layers, and all the reviewers obviously only see the top layer, and never even get further than that... If you spent a little more time, you'll find that there's much more to this, and not just in de story department...

this game is unforgivably hard.... it's too hard to even be enjoyable. i like puzzle gaming like portal and the sequel, but this is too much. of couse it is not impossible, but it is a such a challenging game that i had a really hard time actual having fun with it.

This game is too short and each puzzle has only 1 solution.

Unless you're the forgetful type,

you can memorize this game easily once you beat it.

I, for one, finished this game fast and only had troubles with Fickle Companion.

Needless to say, this game is only amazing for one playthrough.

Even if you know all the puzzles,

@MrLalaslayer It's well made, it has a good story, good visuals/style. Super Mario is about platforming, this is more of a puzzle platform. The only thing I don't like about it is how some of the puzzles are wayy too hard and inconsistent.

How come IGN and GameSpot gave this thing worse reviews than Modern Warfare 2 and Assassin's Creed 2 which are some of the best games ever! They are soo wrong.

Innovative games that apply logic and creativity are better than blood baths or linear shooters. Doesn't apply to Assassin's Creed 2.

But C'mon, you should first understand why this game is kickass, if you did, then, you wouldn't say it's overrated.

bought the game 4 fun as a first indie game.

I usually play fps games like cod4 but when i first played this it toatally changed my mind about indie games.

This game is great! I love the fact that you can controll time and make it go backwards and not have to click restart of some bs like that.

I would give this game a 5/5.

Last time I checked, Mario Brothers didn't have the ability to rewind time, a shadow of yourself you use to solve puzzles, a ring that slows down objects in a bubble, or have the control of time dependent on what direction you walk.

And really, Mario Brothers was straight up platforming, this is much more puzzle oriented.

mrbucket1337 since when did we have to remove things from games for them to be judges, you would not have played prince of Persia if it did have time manipulation, or played Mario brothers if you couldnt jump. You have to judge the game as a whole.
