68 and 58 are both heard in 2 player mode, multipak. Both are heard after completing an act in Race., and the results screen is displayed. 68 is heard by the player that lost, while 58 is heard by the player that won. 72 MIGHT be from Single Pak mode, but I'm not 100% sure on that.

Don't believe me? Get VisualBoyAdvance link, and link up 2 windows running Sonic Advance, and choose multiplayer. Play through a race, and you'll hear them.

I'm sure some of that music appears in the game. The two-player mode has some extensive screens and modes that you wouldn't hear in the sound test.

#68 could have worked as a carnival level with a bit of work, and 58 sounds almost like an ice level.
