its really a to each his own decision, some people are comforatable with premature hair loss while others are not, it is more than vanity that drives one to want to maintain an appearance they are comfortable with.

If you are comfortable with hair loss then by all means good for you but for many it is an impactful affliction.

Mark, try Saw Palmetto as a DHT blocker for kicks, and see if your hair fallout doesn't drop to zilch. It's folklore, but worked for me better than Propecia and Minoxodil.
