all of your comments are words. all of your words have energy. read these words above. see how it feels!!!!

  • DO THE FUCKING EXPERIMENT YOURSELVES PEOPLE!

STOP ARGUING ABOUT IF IT WORKS OR NOT!

    RICE ISN'T EXPENSIVE!

GET SOME RICE, TWO IDENTICAL JARS, SOME WATER, COOK THE RICE AND SPEND 30 SECONDS OF YOUR PRECIOUS DAY TO THINK/SAY NEGATIVE TO ONE JAR AND POSITIVE TO THE OTHER.

SEE IF IT WORKS AND DECIDE ON YOUR OWN.

IF YOU DO THAT AND STILL WANT TO ARGUE, YOU BETTER HAVE VIDEO/PICTURE OF THE RICE TO BACK YOUR CLAIM UP.

SO IF YOU WANT TO SHOW PEOPLE.

GET A CAMERA RECORD AND UPLOAD.

    REPEAT THE EXPERIMENT.

  • Thank you beautiful, wonderful Lilou...I keep 'bumping into" your great videos when I am looking for LOA vids and Abe Hicks vids...you really are amazing. I want to thank you for being you...You being you, inspires me to be me. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. :) x

  • there was no experiment this is why you have so many dislikes, people dislike mislabled videos, just to point that out, cuz I liked you and your video but not the title

  • I confirm it with you! <3 peace and positivity

  • why do you want a national TV show?

  • To the sceptics out there. You have what you believe.

  • @mydesire2 you're exactly right, look up "confirmation bias"

  • did u get that TV show yet? im trying this too

  • not at all what i expected. but i hope all is well you should click on that astral travel converstaion link that led me here and see what you think...

  • YOU will make your dream come true! You allredy have your television show here on youtube. Your fans are just spred over the whole world ;oD Thanks for this video

  • I am on day 2 of my 100 day challenge and i would like to read this intention experiment...and receive some unexpected cheques in the post! and have a tv programme! oh this is so fun!

A Psychodynamic Study of Psychosomatic Dwarfism: A Syndrome of Depression, Personality Disorder, and Impaired Growth

This paper reports some findings of an intensive, longitudinal, psychiatric study of 10 very short children whose severe growth failure was reversed when the interpersonal environment was improved.

  • well would reality exist if no one was aware of it JP?

  • depends how you are defining reality.

  • Does reality exist? Gee, I wasn't aware that it did.

  • yes

  • Is she deaf? Her speech patterns mimic a deaf person.

  • Even if none of this Quantum stuff would be true, positive people are much more fun. they live happier, longer and healthier.

The negative person suffers on daily basis, and with the same amount, before the tragedy happens. The positive person at least he enjoys the ride and stays happy until the inevitable tragedy takes place.

No need to pay the same bill each and everyday.

So keep smiling, life is too short.

    Smiling data

  • Matter do not create enything.

Mind create everything, by thinking, willing and wishing.

    Called: Mind over Matter.

Nothing was made unless it came from wishing to do so and that happens in the mind of a person.

    period!

  • what a crock of shit. sorry to burst your bubble of ignorance, but there's nothing to this "intention" bullshit, and McTaggart is a delusional loon that makes millions profiting off gullible drooling ignorants who lack the ability to think critically.

  • How many examples of people with visions that they followed with determination, picturing and positivity do you need to know that positivity and mind energy can very much create positive movement and success in your life?

How many examples are there of successful people spiraling into depression and losing every thing they had

    Mind is the builder

My uncle lived 20 years longer than medically possible using meditation He could get more oxygen into his body than oxygen machines by meditating

  • uuuuuhhhhhhhh can you say Confirmation bias?! Can you say self-fulfilling prophecy? this is NOT evidence of the mind influencing the outside world. Try again.

great for your uncle. non sequitur it is of course, but great all the same. if you want to believe that, you just go ahead pal.

  • Confirmation bias??

You experience it daily. It can be + or -.

Your car gets towed you lose your wallet, your girl/boyfreind dumps you all on the same day, you get pissed, and then some guy says "cheer up" you punch him in the face, and wake up the next morning in police custody.

Your mind creates your reality. your thoughts. Your choices.

If all that happened but at some point you, slowed down and chose to think peacefully. the physical outcome would change.

You need not be a victim.

  • wow. what an impressive amount of non sequiturs! you would punch someone in the face because they told you to cheer up!? it's no wonder you believe in complete nonsense, there's something not chemically balanced in your brain.

your mind does not and never will create your reality. reality exists whether or not you're aware of it.

your last three seconds confirm that you're completely nuts!

  • My Uncle through meditation and intention could alter hospital bio feedback machines. He CHOSE to live when it was a medical impossibility. Our thoughts link synergisticaly with our bodys and the environment around us.

Yes reality would still exist without you.

JUST NOT YOUR REALITY. You would no longer be dynamically involved in its unfolding.

To suggest we do not influence our reality is childish,.... no wait, correction its totally adult ish.

  • Yes someone can lash out at someone who is happy or sad if the other person feels the opposite and takes the others expression as offensive or they are jealous of the other.

This is all about our experience and influence with OUR reality. Our personal experience and influence on this and other peoples reality.

With training, we can begin to manipulate our experience of objects also.

The left brain will never be convinced by the right no matter how right it is.

    Cheers.

  • nobody's lashing out, just calling a spade a spade

There's ABSOLUTELY ZERO evidence anyone can manipulate reality with thought, or manipulate objects without touching them

what you're describing is self delusion and might be mind altering, but certainly not reality altering

  • As I said my uncle has clinical evidence that he could cause his body accept more oxygen than the hospitals oxygen machine with meditation.

His thought proses led him to very much alter reality.

  • There is evidence....

Anomalous Mental Phenomena Research in Russia and the Former Soviet Union: A Follow Up

    Larissa Vilenskaya & Edwin C. May, Ph.D.

    (Subtle Energies Volume 4, Number 3, pp. 231-250, 1992)

Skin Conductance Prestimulus Response: Analysis, Artifacts and a Pilot Study

    S. James P. Spottiswoode and E. C. May

(Journal of Scientific Exploration, Vol. 17, No. 4, pp. 617-647, 2003)

  • i'll read these and get back to you. Don't sound too credible at the outset, but i'll humor you and retrieve them.

  • wow. you CANT be serious! The first one doesn't appear to be a peer reviewed journal, and isn't listed in PubMed, nor can it be found at the Rutgers Medical library, and from what i can gather is an online publication. Real credible.

The second one: The impact factor for the Journal of Scientific Exploration is 0.107. Which is about 1/100th of a decent journal. The experiment is set up so that the control is actually no control at all! wow.

  • in addition to the lack of a true double blind test with controls, the author themselves admit to a few drawbacks: "For instance, a picture that has been rated as having a low average affectivity may have, for some individual participants, a large affectivity" and "We have conducted a pilot prestimulus response study incorporating audio startle stimuli and silent controls in order to minimize inter-subject variance"

Why not eliminate them instead of minimizing them?

  • "To keep from possibly skewing the result, we only used data that contained SCRs in the prestimulus region."

In other words "we completely disregarded data that contradicted our conclusions."

NOWHERE does it state how large (or small) the testing group was. Leads me to believe there was a very small group

Finally, they use as a reference two papers written by Dean Radin, someone on record as endorsing complete nonsense and non-science. Red flags should go up whenever you see the dope's name

  • Finally, NEITHER ONE of these papers has to do with manipulating reality with thought

what they could have done is used a separate pleasing sound as the control instead of silence (or no control). It would have been nice to know the sample size

Remove all chance for bias using a LARGE testing pool, and initiating better controls, IF THEN it showed the same or similar results, and these effects were independently reproducable, the very best i could say is "it needs to be further investigated".

  • @JPyzhova These are interesting studies that have indications and yes need further study.

The most basic and scientifically validated evidence for mind over matter is the Placebo effect.

Our minds effect our reality. How much so depends on ones training, belief or faith.

  • re: scientifically validated evidence for mind over matter

This is quite posibly the dumbest thing i heard in months (and i talk to a LOT of young earth creationists and conspiracy theorists so you're in rare company)

    Defies logic and is laughable.

You can keep saying it til you're blue in the face, and i will keep calling you a delusional loon. there is ZERO empirical evidence our minds can affect (not effect) our reality

  • What?

Doctors in one study successfully eliminated warts by painting them with a brightly colored, inert dye and promising patients the warts would be gone when the color wore off. In a study of asthmatics, researchers found that they could produce dilation of the airways by simply telling people they were inhaling a bronchodilator, even when they werent. .......

  • @Kingfillins

DUH. it's the power of belief and the body healing itself. it IS NOT your mind altering reality but your body healing itself as it was biologically designed to do. THERE IS ZERO evidence we are able to alter reality with our thoughts. you have provided none!

  • @JPyzhova

You react yet not to the article I posted, telling.

Are you pretending you dont know what the "Placebo Effect" is?

This is not the body following it "normal" or expected healing course. It is when the body is sick and NOT responding normally. Then after taking a sugar pill healing happens based on BELIEF. Beliefs are THOUGHTS. The patient THINKS the remedy will work and it does even though it is inert.

  • WHAT article did you post that i didn't respond to? I've responded to each and every one of your moronic comments, it's possible i missed one.

No, go read my comment again, to think i'm pretending not to know what a placebo effect is shows your grasp of the English language is lacking

It's NOT healing based on belief, it's the BRAIN and the body doing the healing. It's the power of SUGGESTION not belief, and it's well documented. This however was NOT your original argument. telling.

  • You are not following what I have been saying. It is tricky I understand following a short comment thread.

Acording to traditional mainstream medicine our bodys are pysical.. Our thoughts are not. You have just agreed that suggestion can heal. This is a non physical fenomenon effecting a supposid "physical" one.

  • Yes, i agreed that suggestion can cause our brains to chemically change and thus heal our selves, this is no different than placebo.

  • Try smiling. See how that effects other people.

    Here you go....

  • If you think smiling is an example of intent changing reality you're a fucking loon! seriously now! wow. i can't believe someone half intelligent could possibly think that. try frowning at someone. see how that affects people. Also, affect = verb, effect = noun

That's not a name of a journal, and it doesnt help. it doesn't appear it's a peer reviewed research paper with empirical repeatable evidence. i want double blind studies in controlled environments & peer review! any moron can do a study!

  • The person in the line does not "imagine" you are tickling their neck etc, they sence it, feel it etc. Have you not heard the saying "I could feel his eyes on me" ? This saying did not come about bescause a person imagines this occuring.

Try it for yourself and see... its basic stuff anyone can perfect with practice and patience.

  • yes, there could be MANY things to cause someone to have the feeling they're being watched. MANY! and your "the get that feeling because i imagined licking his neck" is BY FAR the most unlikely. People get the feeling they're being watched even when they're NOT being watched! it could be a sound, it could be a vibration from the floor, it could be a slight breeze, it can be MANY things they're subconsciously unaware of, but there's ZERO evidence for what you're suggesting.

  • "This saying did not come about bescause a person imagines this occuring."- Kingfillins

prime example of confirmation bias. Correlation NEVER implies causation.

  • I asserted that we can effect our reality. I have not put any boundarys around this or defined this topic.

On a basic level most affermation and intention (ie SUGGESTION) practicess that bring about self transformation involve other people. Our attitude and outlook effects other people. The idea that our thoughts stay inside our head is easyly disproved by staring at someone who is in front of us in a que. They will "feel" our eyes on them. One can practice this and strengthen it.

  • bullshit bullshit and bullshit. There's no empirical evidence to support any of this. i sent you the words of a neuroscientist from Princeton who studies every day how our brains work. you sent me a book by a computer scientist who has to put a misleading PhD label on the cover in an attempt to legitimize what she's saying. She's no more qualified than me or you even... she's just as qualified as someone flipping burgers. THERE'S ZERO evidence you can affect other people or affect reality

  • You say its bullshit, but have you tryed my suggestion ever? Try it for a month. Look at people in front of yourself in a line and imagine tickling their neck, even licking their neck.

If you are skeptical this will effect your ability, as with everything your belief will effect your reality.

You have admitted that suggestion can influence healing. YES and placebo can have the same effect as a drug. Meaning the mind can effect the body in the same way as a drug.

    Our body is reality.

  • you're insane. there's no fucking way someone in front of you in a line will imagine you're licking their neck. also, there is ZERO evidence a skeptical person will effect anyone's latent abilities or lack thereof. OF COURSE i'm skeptical, every rational and intelligent person SHOULD BE!

DUMBASS, i've said all along the power of suggestion can heal MINOR THINGS such as pain (which is a chemical reaction in the brain) and rashes, headaches, etc. YOU have made several OTHER unsubstantiated claims

  • cont...

2Center for Biostatistics, University of Connecticut Health Center, Farmington, Connecticut 06030-3105

3Department of Statistics, University of Connecticut, Storrs, Connecticut 06269

Look for the sources and you will find them...

Remember, we only realised that matter is basically emptiness a short time ago. The mainstream is still fixated on Darwin and Newton. This is changing.

  • third and final time: you have given me a title of a paper (apparently). Please give me Name of the journal, and date, or send me a PDF of the study. Apparently you haven't got the evidence i'm asking you for to back your claim, so if it isn't here tomorrow, thurs, i'm done here. you're wasting my time. I've sent you a note from an actual neuroscientist at Princeton to back what i'm saying. you made a claim that intent can alter reality and so far have given anecdotes instead of evidence

  • Interesting that your demands are increasing with your abuse. You are setting peramiters, yet by doing so are denying the basic prosses of scientific investigation. One does not need a double blind prre reviewed study to recognise an observable fenomana that begs the need for such.

Sure this area is needing more investigation using our new understanding of matter and DNA. etc and new observational technologies.

The scientific approach is to say, "That is interesting, lets investigate"

  • dumbass, my demands have ALWAYS been the same, even while you're has changed many times. From the beginning all i've asked you for was empirical evidence to back your claims. I set NO parameters.

OF COURSE you need double blind tests in a controlled environment to eliminate confirmation bias. Something Dean Radin actually encourages by his lack of proper scientific protocol. The scientific approach is "that's only interesting if there's empirical evidence it exists" It already HAS been tested!

  • I am confused to why you feel that suggestion is a potential healing tool, yet this is not the mind influencing ones reality, it is simply the body doing what it naturally does.

By saying this you are ignoring the power of the mind over the body function.

You are contradicting your own logic.

I am also confused why you are pointing out grammatical errors and trying to make out that I am not an intelligent person.

  • idiot, i already told you why: it's useful in things that alter your brain chemistry. this IS NOT altering reality. yours or anyone elses. I am not now, nor ever was ignoring the power of the mind, and i didn't contradict myself. YOU are claiming this is intent and altering reality. You have given ZERO evidence to support this claim. you also claim we have the power to alter the reality around us and other things like the nonsense in this very video, something else you've failed to support

  • finally, it's syntax i was criticizing, not grammar. you've used words incorrectly, not spelling them wrong... and in case you were wondering, yes, it does reflect on your education. never said you weren't intelligent, i said you're a moron for believing in silly things with no supporting evidence and i believe you're self delusional and lack an ability to think critically. it's okay, there's lots of irrational people in the world, you fit right in!

  • "but there's ZERO evidence for what you're suggesting. "

Being so certain seems to simply illustrates your lack knowledge and preconceived prejudice.

    See,,,

The Sense Of Being Stared At by Sheldrake

This research has been questioned, these criticisms are displayed on Sheldrakes web site.

Even so, "ZERO evidence" is simply incorrect.

  • @Kingfillins ok, how's "lack of empirical evidence" sound to you!? Yes, i'm certain there is no empirical evidence to support the silly things you've said here this past week.

Sheldrake?! you mean the ass clown who thinks dogs are psychic and cherry picks data from anamolies that prove his preconceived assertions? not that one? surely you jest! There's no empirical evidence to support those claims either! not the same complete dolt who supports the loony "telephone telepathy" idea?

  • Sheldrake, winner of the 2006 Pigasus Award for the scientist who said or did the silliest thing related to the supernatural, paranormal or occult:

    randiDOTorg/jr/2006-09/09806guessDOThtml#i6

he'd be eligible for the JREF million for empirical evidence for his "telephone telepathy" OR his psychic communications with animals. Sorry, but when someone uses someone like Sheldrake, Radin or Schwartz in an argument, i know I'm in for a good laugh.

  • @JPyzhova surely one may investigate subjects that seem absurd without ridicule? What would we of thought of Teslas remote control idea? Sure it may not have worked, but it did. Or Ignaz Semmelweis with his "loon" ideas about hand washing... be careful when calling names and putting down seemingly crazy ideas. Crazy ideas are the way the unknown is birthed into the known.

  • sure, they can investigate subjects that seem absurd, but to endorse idiotic things like ghosts, psychics, astrology, homeopathy, and bullshit like the subject of this video (and crap like THE SECRET or "what the bleep?") when there's ZERO empirical evidence supporting them is moronic. Sheldrake has no clue what the scientific method is, or he is a knowing scam artist lying to sell books. It's pathetic. I never said dont investigate, by all means test it, but test it properly!

  • @JPyzhova 100% agree with you, "spiritual B.S." like this is sold by the millions these days and results stay out. Where are the REAL success stories? Nowhere to be found... First test it all out (empirical!), before simply believe what you WANT to believe - because it sounds soooo good.

Just like the hype of The Secret is now gone, because everybody discovered it's a bunch of B.S. You can only control a little bit of your own life, not a populistic statement, but I rather have the truth.

  • @JPyzhova surely you are not using Randi as a gauge. He is a fraud himself!

  • @Kingfillins you're an idiot too if you think Randi is a fraud. The man has won so many awards for the good work he does, his reputation is impeccable. The man has a genius IQ, is witty, clever, funny and is one of the top three paranormal investigators in the world, and probably the best.

  • Patients suffering pain after wisdom-tooth extraction got just as much relief from a fake application of ultrasound as from a real one, so long as both patient and therapist thought the machine was on. Fifty-two percent of the colitis patients treated with placebo in 11 different trials reported feeling better — and 50 percent of the inflamed intestines actually looked better when assessed with a sigmoidoscope The Placebo Prescription by Margaret Talbot, New York Times Magazine, January 9 2000

  • @Kingfillins

irrelevant and one long non-sequitur to the conversation we've been having!

  • You are missing the pint.

Could you please tell me why the Placebo effect, even though it is recognised by science, cannot be explained by science?

  • @Kingfillins ask a neurologist that question. EVEN IF a neurologist couldn't explain why a placebo works, it does not in any way validate your argument. we are talking about two different things here: the body's ability to heal itself, and your mind altering reality. If you dont know a neuroscientist, go to cdk007, he's one.

  • The point is that out attitude and thoughts effect our bodies. Our thoughts are invisible yet effect our "physical" body

Tibetan monks can sit overnight in freezing temperatures dressed only in silk because they can control their body temperature using thoughts and intention

If the body "just heals itself naturally" why do people get "worried sick" surly the body would simply heal naturally as the worry thoughts would not effect it No THOUGHTS also stop the bodies normal physical functioning

  • Based on the false notion that we are purely "physical" beings in a purely "physical" world then sure how could an imaginary thought effect "solid" objects.

However this idea is outmoded and blatantly inconsistent with what we now know. Newtonian science just don't fit reality

The non-sequitur is the inability to think laterally.

Happy New Year to you, cheers.

  • Harvard Study finds that Meditation Impacts DNA

A Harvard University study published last month found the first compelling evidence that the Relaxation Response (RR) - the physiological response to meditation, yoga, tai chi, Qi Gong or repetitive prayer - positively affects DNA.

In the study, blood analysis found significant changes in cellular metabolism and response to oxidative stress in the two meditation groups relative to the control group.

  • Cant look it up without the journal, and the date of publication, or in very least the author of said publication (i could, but it would take a LOT longer)

  • yes, just spend 20 mins in the Uni library and can find no article you might be referring to here. a journal name and publication date is required to retrieve it so we both can read it instead of taking some website's word for the information it contained. Also, it needs to be pointed out that this has nothing to do with what we were debating: that intentions or thoughts can affect reality or anything outside our own bodies

  • woah, hold on there kemosabe. YOU made the claim that intent could affect reality. YOU DID NOT make the claim our body has the capacity to heal itself through suggestion! This i agree with 100% and is WELL DOCUMENTED with science. Dont change the subject or move the goalposts, you're trying to spin this so now you're agreeing with me?! uh-uh. Should i go back 3 days when we started and pull quotes from you that contradict what you're now claiming?

  • Again, you're confusing a body's ability to protect itself or heal itself through suggestion with being able to affect the outside world. I suspect one day in the not so distant future (20-30 yrs i'm guessing) we can go into a hospital overnight and have suggestions subconsciously implanted and leave the next day fully healed of things like allergic reactions, headaches, stress, back and joint pain, etc. This has NOTHING to do with intent and NOTHING to do with affecting reality outside the body

  • Visualisation & wound healing shown 2007 study at Southeastern Louisiana University School of Nursing, involving 24 patients undergoing surgery to remove their gallbladders. The study found that, not only did visualisation reduce levels of anxiety and stress hormone levels but those who used it had much lower levels of surgical wound erythema, which is redness around a wound that's usually associated with infection or inflammation. In effect, visualisation speeds up the healing of our wounds.

  • actually, i just spoke with him. he sent me some information and i'll forward it to you direct since it's far too long for here. anyone else wanting to read it can PM me.

  • Stop projecting what you desperately hope to be true onto me! I'm not depressed or stressed out

criticize someone on their success!? but I see no success, only stupidity! Negative bound? Don't know what that is, but lots of things positive in my life!

your dream comment is more wishful thinking. What i dream is one day i will wake up and idiots and ignorant people are gone. forever. life is full of swamp gas!? what the hell is that supposed to mean? your life is full of methane

  • @JPyzhova" No Response to a brain less goose.!

  • the exact response i was expecting from someone without evidence. thank you for confirming

  • oh! wow. i am soooooooo insulted! you just called me a brainless goose! how will i ever recover? i'm so humiliated!

dear child. wipe the drool from your chin and wake up.

  • i dont know what an "envies" is, but i assure you, i'm not stressed out or depressed. stop projecting what you desperately want to be true onto me. no, the bubble i live in is called reality. you like in a bubble of delusion, sorry i had to burst it for you. oh! you did NOT say my life is full of swamp gas! you didn't just say that! oh! how will i ever recover from such an insult? listen turd for brains: i'm happy and stress free and if i was any more calm i'd be dead! nothing negative about me

  • Good for you albert.!

  • 8/10

  • my intent is to nail you

  • What? You fucking brain dead idiot. The chances of you "nailing" anyone like this is very remote.

Go back to your internet porn and keep your filthy little remarks to yourself.

  • You just gave me a boner.

  • I'll give your mum a boner

  • nope, you're wrong, i'm right, i win, you lose, OWNED

  • Weak man, weak. And there was me hoping for a hillarious retort, it's you that fails sir.

  • nope, you fail, i win, haha OWNED AGAIN!

  • seriously mate, you aren't funny. You are a dickless cunt who thinks that he can fuck every girl on the internet, well, I can guarantee that this girl wouldn't touch your rancid smegma covered penis in a million years.

So keep it in your fucking pants, not that you ever get it out of your pants other than to show it to your mum.

  • i've shown it to your mum LOL owned again

  • Dude she gat bumbs on her ass!?

  • Pop a chill pill buddie.

  • Nope, things need to be said. You might also notice that this ended over a week ago, nothing had been said since, Mainly because John thinks the word "owned" is somehow comedy gold, when in fact it's far from it. So there isn't very far this can go when i'm dealing with someone of such limited brain capacity.

I just hope he gets better soon.

  • what the heck are u talking about, hun?

  • Your going to hell burn burn burn!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • 2012.. they said it would start in this year 2009 all i can say is... swine flu. go figure.

  • I look forward to your show. I'm so pleased that you are celebrating manifestations before they happen! Yay, you have the power that created worlds working for you!

  • What a dip wad. She will have a national T.V. show, on the cartoon channel. What kind of an accent is she trying to sell us. It keeps changing every 10 seconds.

  • hahaha- your gonna have a national tv show lolol nice.

  • reptile

  • the question is, how far down the rabbit hole do you think your willing to go?

  • intention works but you have to be specific , i once rubbed a magic lamp and out popped out a female genie that looked like a playboy bunny, anyway she told me master what is your first wish, so i said ok, how about a little head, she misunderstood me and now i have a head the size of a pea.

  • ROFLMFAO!!!

  • u dont have to be specific ,if its an intention then the specifics are implied ,all u said was you wanted a little head ,in your mind you know what you intention was, so if its about intention you dont have to be specific

  • Yaaay Lilou!! You go, girl! :D

  • Yay!!! Lilou! Congrats on all the Juicy Life episodes! You deserve it. See you on Oprah, Baby :-)

    Hugs,

    Debra

  • excellent! i can not see the video right now in my video response inbox. did you click on the "post a video response" from this video, right? if so, then i will receive it and then accept it so people will see it under this same video. thanks Debra for encouraging me like you do. it feels good to feel the support. Only makes us stronger!

  • Your videos inspired me to start my own 100 day challenge just uploading my first video now. Great things are already happening :) Thanks so much for your great video's
