  • Truth spoken.

  • I love her.. she has an indian accent to her english too :3

  • thanks god for this news

  • God Bless her

  • I received a beautiful piece of typed-letter, hand-carried by nuns back from Mother in India, while I was living and working at her Missionary of Charity- Gift of Peace in Washington,DC in the Nineties. I told her that I probably got contracted TB while working there, and taking care of homeless sick folks, and she told me - as Christ died for us, we should work for humanity till we die.

  • Greaatings from persia, love u mama tresaaaaaaaaa rest in peace

  • She hit the nail on he head..

  • I thought I was a Christian until I read a book written by Mother Theresa!

  • everyone has their own funny comments about Mother Theresa but what she ever did was, 'GOOD' for the poor, in 123 countries she helped the poor, a trully blessed human, God bless her soul.. R.I.P.

  • Knew her. One hour in the presence of a living saint would take a whole book to explain.

  • Amen...and Awomen xxx

  • Dignity!!!!

  • we need more people like mother Teresa she understood what it means to follow christ

  • she so inspiered

  • oh god i love you i'm crying in real life omg

  • i very love Mother Teresa

  • good

  • Thanks be to God

  • Part 1

The Biblical definition of love is (Hebrew H157 and Greek G26) to have affection or benevolence (kindness or compassion) for. In other words, it means to hold something or someone close or dear to your heart.

  • Part 2

Since it is not possible for us, at this time, to relate to God in the same way we can each other, the way that we love God is to love and/or show affection for His Ways or to desire the things (the outcomes or purposes) He desires. Of course, in order to know what He desires we first have to know what He has already said or has already expressed in His written or inspired Word, the Holy Bible.

  • Part 3

The Bible conveys God’s love for humanity; and, as Mother Theresa so eloquently stated, one of the main ways we express our love for God is to love other people. God Is Love (New Testament’s book of 1 John 4:16b). God is the very definition of love, which, again, means "to show affection for". Although this definition also implies a sensual (having to do with the physical sense) type of affection, when it comes to God it speaks more of a moral, deliberate type of compassion.

  • Part 4

In other words, we can be like God or God-like or we can behave in a godly manner when we too show benevolence or affection for others, by holding or having their well-being close to our heart; especially the well-being of those whom we don't know; because, it is easy to promote the well-being of those whom we do know and/or are related.

  • Merci mère Thérésa pour tout le bien que vous avez fait sur cette terre,je sais que vous êtes au Paradis !

  • I don't know how to love God. He's a stranger to me, I want to have the feeling of complete love to God that all you guys have, but I don't. I don't know if I'm forcing it or not. I think it's because I am not a true believer of God, because I question life too much. I don't know, if anyone could tell me how they came to believe in God, please do.

  • @cooldude15k Try this. Accept the premise that God is real. Now ask Him to show you how to love Him as He loves you. Read the Bible. Go to church. Do the things a believer does. Help a person in need. Be kind to those who are unkind to you. Be patient.

  • @cooldude15k I can hear your longing. You ask, "how one comes to believe?" and "want to have the feeling of complete love of God." Where are you at now with how you feel and what do you imagine this to be like to be in complete love with God? Thomas Merton says if you want to befriend the Holy Spirit, expect to die. You might be closer to God's love than you know and just don't know it.

  • @cooldude15k There is no logic that God doesn't exist. You don't have to even call it God, you don't have to imagine him as an old man with beard.. :P It's just a cosmic power/energy/origin of the whole world. You want to feel it? You want to feel love? Go outside. In nature. Go to the forest or wherever. Look around, listen to the birds sing, smell the scent of the trees and flowers, look at how beautiful they are.

  • @cooldude15k Think about the perfect structures of everything in the world, how could it have been a coinsidence? Then you will feel love and God.

  • @cooldude15k The challenge is to accept God's love. He loved us first, so much, He gave His Son, Jesus Christ to die in our place! There is not greater love! When we accept Jesus Christ, wonderful things will hapenned!

  • @cooldude15k that comes naturally, you will know when you feel it. It is something that takes you and makes you want even more of that, wants to share that felling with everyone.

  • @cooldude15k Hello thats nice for u to say u want to have the feeling of loving God. For the Lord nothing is inpossible he created all of us. In the bible Jeremiah 33. 3 says ..( Call to me and I will answer you, and will tell you great and hidden things which you have not know. ) yes start reading the bible and ask him to come in your life. Thats nice u want to love him. God bless

  • @cooldude15k Keep this in mind: Mother Teresa herself, whom people worldwide recognized as a saint even during her own lifetime, also struggled with the feeling of being distant from God. The fact that you want to love Him, even though you struggle, shows that deep down you already do. Keep praying, keep having the faith. Even the greatest of Christians have struggled with doubt, with "the dark night of the soul." God was still with them during these times. He is always with you.

  • @cooldude15k Hello stranger. I am not going to claim to know the truth or the mysteries of god. However, there are some good people out there in this world. Honesty equals heaven no matter how bad it hurts. This world is only a stop over and things can hurt or heal. Choose your words, actions and enviroment wisely so your spirit can heal.

  • @cooldude15k sometimes we don't feel God, my father never had a strong sense of God but people who he prayed with felt God immensely out of him. God is in us whether we're aware of it or not :)

  • @cooldude15k I came back to Lord, by his grace trough the books true life in God. His loveletter to human beings today, a personal loveletter. I love him more than anything, i didnt know about him like this before. Its a intimite relationsship based on love!...Please read with an opened heart and he will heal, forgive, raise you from the beginning!! search on TLIG. COM

  • @cooldude15k It says in the book of Jeremiah "you will find me when you seek me with your whole heart". So seek God with your whole heart, and you will find the love of God.

  • @cooldude15k We know that a key exists when we find a keyhole. In my heart, there is a hole that I couldn't fill up with anything in this world, whether it be money, power, sex (thank goodness I haven't tried drugs!). The best I can fill it up with is the love of loved ones, but even that couldn't fill it totally. It needs more...infinitely more.

So how did I come to believe in God? Because there is a Heaven-sized hole in my heart that has the shape of God.

  • @cooldude15k hi,.its not an easy answer, and yet it is. Its not because we have our own expectations of what should or should not happen, and it is if we simply believe that if we ask God for a piece of bread, He will not give us a stone to eat. Do you have faith that God is?...yes you obviously do...now believe that He shall reveal Himself to you personally through his only begotten Son. All of your answers will be found in what Jesus has said. God says, of Jesus,"This is my Son, hear you Him"

  • @cooldude15k If you are looking for scientific help to get you started to ask the obviou first questions, research st. Thomas Aquainas' 5 arguments for the existence of god :) Praised be Jesus Christ

  • @cooldude15k Dear Cooldude 15k: You are on your way to loving God. May the Holy Spirit fill you with joy at the very thought of Jesus Christ. I will pray for you--even if I am not that good. Jesus, I trust in You.

  • @cooldude15k Pray my brother pray. Pray the rosary if you can, get to a mass and if your not catholic get into catechism classes; preferable at a traditional catholic church.

  • @cooldude15k When you say, "I don't know how to love God." It makes me wish I was more like you. Seriously. As soon as I think I’ve got it figured out, I’m in trouble and I’m in for a lesson. I would encourage you to keep doing what you are doing. Sure there are things like the Sacraments and regular prayer that fuel the transformation, but your humility already shows you are on the right path. By your example you remind me that I cannot pray and that I need Jesus to pray in me; for me.GBU

  • @cooldude15k PS. Mother Teresa said herself that she felt far from God. St. Teresa of Avila said, "God, if this is how you treat your friends, no wonder you have such few friends." Jesus Himself said, "Why have you forsaken me?!" He definitely wasn't FEELING the complete love of God. Be He remained obedient in the Father's Will. I come to believe whenever i give up and this can only happen if he gives me the gift of it happening. So I'll remain poised, but wait for Him. URGH! Hurry Lord!

  • @cooldude15k faith is not only determined by a feeling. God lives in others, specially in the needed, believe that, believe in the possibility of Gods kingdom and his justice where you´re at and that´s most of what faith is about. The following of Jesus christ not only resides in feelings, it resides also in your head (adhering to Gods kingdom values of love and justice), in your hands and in your feet (searching, serving others, relieve of suffer). God bless you.

  • @cooldude15k Your desire of feeling complete with God already reveals the presence of the Lord. You can't force anything, as it says in Act 5, 38 "for if this work be of men, it will come to nought". People find God in many ways: Mother Teresa in the poor, John Paul II in the youth, and you... try to look in the silence, not is the questions. You already have faith. Ask for help to someone specific near you, a priest for example, he will be much better to answer your problems than internet =)

  • @cooldude15k Dw your not alone I question things all the time. The lord works in strange ways, I came to believe originally through philosophy and religious study, I saw that all world traditions taught a common values even how distant they were. But really I see god in people's actions of goodwill. When ppl act in love and compassion for their fellow being. That is where I encounter God

  • @cooldude15k

The important thing is that you try to believe and not expect a full faith to come quickly.

It is a journey in faith -- for some the journey takes a long time. But while you are on that journey God is with you. God Bless and keep you safe.

  • Truly amazing! She must be very happy.. She chose the way of god-3

  • I don't know what she means keep r virginity virgin???

  • I LOVE HER!!

  • A truly amazing woman.

  • ummm... nice..

  • God Bless her. I love her. <3 :-)

  • I agreed with this video - Until she started talking about chastity - Could someone tell me why it is considered sinful to make love? Not to offend anyone, I am genuinely curious as to one of the many beautiful aspects of life is locked down for religious people

  • @KyleBJobey Chastity and celibacy are two different things. You are confusing the terms. Chastity means keeping your promise of faithfulness to your spouse. The Church states, truthfully, that sex is for marriage, since children are the product of lovemaking, and children need parents. Parents loving each other chastely is the best way to insure a good childhood for children. Those who think sex is purely, or alternatively, for pleasure, are mistaken.

  • @themanhootch Totally agree with you!! That's exactly what I'm going to say when someone asks me this question!

  • @themanhootch: Wow, that was beautifully put.

  • @KyleBJobey If you listen carefully you will see that she is not talking about sex. "nakedness is the loss of human dignity"

  • @KyleBJobey I believe that comes from the seven deadly sins and specifically "Lust" If you are allowed to freely share yourself a lot of weak people will hurt the one they love when they cheat or go after their neighbors spouse, etc, etc, etc.

I believe like most things this law is constructed not because god hates it per-say I think he realized the potential for temptation/hurt/anger/jealousy in allowing it.

Just my thought not entirely sure.

  • @Cisco777Kidd Virginity is not only in the flesh but also in the heart. Therefore, the Lord said, he that lusts after another has committed adultery in his heart.

  • @KyleBJobey Chastity and Virginity spoken here by Mother Teresa may mean, keeping oneself pure from from wandering into evil, selfishness or unkindliness. Never break that seal

  • @KyleBJobey ITS NOT A SIN IF YOU'RE MARRIED...(MAN & WOMAN) THE BOOK OF SONGS IN THE HOLY BIBLE IS VERY BEAUTIFUL....

  • What an inspiration she is even now. Blessed Mother Teresa, pray for us!

  • Beautiful! Excellent! A gift of God indeed.

  • FROM HEAVEN,PLEASE, PRAY FOR US MOTHER TERESA!!!

  • Don't u guys just wish u could talk to her about ur problems and ask her to help? And for her blessing?

  • @EraVelzz1 Yes, I do wish I could do this. However, as we believe life continues after death, we can pray to her as well --- as she is in Heaven with Our Father, and she can still help us - as she is with us still - through her life, her works, her good example. And God will not allow us to be foresaken, we have his promise, and we can ask her for help even though she is no longer with us. XX Much Love to You.

  • AMEN! "PRAISE GOD"

  • Pray for us Bl. Teresa!

  • We do not have to complicated to serve God in the fullest form. Become a vessel for Jesus. That is all. Love, Joy, Peace, Paitence, Kindness, Goodness, Gentleness, Faithfulness, and Self-Control.

This is what He asks. It's so simple. To be God fearing, and good people.

  • i always watch this when i have a bad day

  • Amazing words

  • very touching speech, a true saint . she has set an example how we ought to live in this modern materialistic world by loving everybody as Jesus did for all.

A example og true love as Jesus Christ spoke about.

  • I'm not Catholic... But this woman has a truly beautiful heart... God Bless her

  • a three (3) minute talk packed with so much wisdom. Seems obvious when she says it but hidden to our eyes. How blind have we become?

  • Jesus said if we pray this prayer 1,000 souls from purgatory are released: "Eternal Father, I offer Thee the Most Precious Blood of Thy Divine Son, Jesus, in union with the masses said throughout the world today, for all the holy souls in Purgatory, for sinners everywhere, for sinners in the universal church, those in my own home and within my family. Amen."

  • @themanhootch

i need tht in spansh can i get it

  • @michelle9154 I'm sorry, but I don't have a Spanish version.

  • In spite of everthing going on, she makes me proud to be Catholic.

  • Mother Teresa ....Pray for me.

  • Because it was Christ who first gave himself for all of us, that we can know God's true love. Now that we know that God had first loved us, we too in return can love one another, including our enemies.

Knowledge and the revelation of the unconditional agape love of God for us, is the essence to walking in love, with God and with others.

  • She was amazing..... probably the closest person to God

  • We actually have no idea who is the closest to God. It could be someone who, on the face of it, seems the most wretched of us all, but inside, they have given everything to God, and nothing stands between He and them. We ourselves must try to do our best.

  • @themanhootch wat about mary? She was sinless

  • @GhettoFabelus Yes, I would say you're right. She's the first Christian and has been very active in promoting the Gospel over the centuries. But amongst us sinners saved by grace, hard to say.

  • Mother Teresa gets it. She is a model of how a disciple of Christ should live. God bless her and her eternal soul.

  • I am not even Catholic, but she seems to be a woman after God's own Heart. I hope to see her in the next age. She is an excellent example of service to us all.

  • God bless all of you...

  • i dont see her as an angel,i see her better than an angel-a daughter of God almighty!

  • i love everyone

  • NiCE

  • Good speech

  • i f you don't know god ,you don't know life.

  • i love my like a sister she is soo amazing!! she is my role model next to Mary

  • now and for ever!

  • Praised be Jesus Christ!

  • She is now known as 'BLESSED TERESA OF CALCUTTA. This is one step before Sainthood, when she will be eventually known as SAINT TERESA OF CALCUTTA

  • My Hero. I love her.

  • I'm moslem but for me is that the same I love her so much.

It need more people like her.

  • What an Inspiration. R.I.P Mother Teresa.

  • What a GREAT Talk!

You can have the kind of Faith that moves mountains, but if do not have LOVE,.........you have nothing!

How can you say you love God who you have Not seen, yet you do not love your brother who have seen?

THIS, is the core and the Heart of what Jesus taught.

Nothing else matters unless you love your brother! Because Jesus said that if you have shown love to your brother, you have shown love to HIM!

I have FINALLY!!!,.. learned this in the past three years.
