you should apply for endorsements from from like truth or SJC custom drums, they'd probably give you a 100% sponsorship. I've seen lots of youtubers with lots less views than you who are endorsed. You could also go for an endorsement from like TRX or soultone cymbals too, soultone endorses players with like 5,000 views per video. just my observations from watching way too many youtube videos :)
