hey yamahagytr, idk if you remember but u posted a vid to help me out with my carburetor a few months ago, well everything is fine now (got a good mechanic) and the only prob is that its not charging the battery :S is putting the trailtech resistor and stator kit the only way out??? i forgot to check if the lights were on or off when checking the batt, some forums say that when its ON the battery should charge. Thanks btw you have really good technical videos

@gusocorredor no its not the only way out, but its worth it.It makes it all dc power instead of the spilt ac/dc it has now. and charges the battery better. it will run around 200 for the kit.

@yamahagytrracing21 noo not the cc #,there should be a number on the engine or transmission to legalize it,so i'm looking for the engine number,found the other number on the frame

how do i get rid of the head light shit and just a buton dirt bike kill switch instead and what do i get it off of and if i put a kick start on my quad can i get rid of my battery

its like the alternator in your car. but alot smaller. it charges the battery and provides power to your quad

This is just an example of how much more mechanical experience you have over me lol. To be honest with you, I don't even know what a stator is :/ But on a positive note, great video!
