The secret in teaching is moving slowly, not moving fast and having the steps breakdown, if someone teaches kungfu with so much fast movement, u cant even digest it. U see when we copy steps, its slowly first, then gradually speeding up.

I'm a big guy, tall and heavier....i don't know if that makes a difference but i'm having issues keeping my balance while i drag my other foot flat all the way around for a 90 degree angle....do i pivot twice to get all the way around cause i can't do it otherwise and with the foot you are dragging, r u just suppose to hover it cause everytime i see Jason Derulo or someone else who is good at it, it looks like they drag??
