Lib Dems should tackle the issue of safe seats by being competative in every single local and national election. Show that you aim to represent the people in every constituency rather than be tactical in approach. Hold lots of public meetings inviting all voters to come to share their ideas and their views on current policies, so that your candidate can be listening and representing the public, rather than ignoring them. Bypass the media via youtube, facebook, and grassroots campaigning.
