I mean don't get me wrong, i love muscle cars, actually it's funny coz i have an '08 Charger SRT8 and a '08 BMW 750 Li and i like the Dodge better, even though the interior is all cheap plastic, the chassis feels like it's from a Titanic's time, it's got a BRUTAL transmission BUT the X-factor is there and i LOVE IT.

Still would like the Stang to come up with a better interior and rear end. Then i'm IN

@jikon28 the rear end is fine though. it is actually better than both the camaro and challenger and the live axle is better for drag racing. and you get what you you pay for though, the mustang is a cheap car considering the power offered. a BMW of similar power may be $20k more but is alot nicer.

But that doesn't mean i don't love the Mustang, i think it's the nicest one yet and that says a lot. And also i agree with the BMW comment, The thing about Beemers, Mercs, Audis... is that their badges are worth their weight in gold. For pure power, this Mustang, the Cadi CTS-V and the Jag XF-R r THE BEST value right now. Stang 50+K, Cadi 70K Jag 80K

@jikon28 yeah, well rumor has it the mustang will get IRS in 2014. id rather be muscle cars because this way they're actually affordable to most people. Luxury cars can be just as fast but way out of the price range of most people. I think you could say that most people would rather have a beam, merc , jag or audi but there just too expensive unless you wanna settle for a slow model. i am a mustang fan though and i will hopefully be buying the new one that comes out in 2014.

@turbonegro1120 The thing that disappoints me about these new muscle cars is the fact that by trying to make these things fuel efficient, they take the muscle out of the muscle car. It's not just Ford, it's everyone. I mean, superchargers are great and i know these companies can do magic with it, but 6.1 L Hemi is just one. For some reason, whenever i hear Supercharged right out of the factory, i'm feeling down about the car, Muscle cars are supposed to be naturally aspirated BIG engines

I test drove a 2010 Shelby vert with nav and silver striping this week. I own a '07 GT vert. The Shelby was amazing and surprising. It is an easy drive, wonderful short shifts and power like mad when you want. It's handling is vastly better than my 07 and the nav was as good if not better than our new MDX's.

I do agree on the cheap plastic interior though, need to work on that.

Still, a greatly improved muscle car. Ford has made improvements.
