Improving through meditation is attaining Jhanas & FIND ME ANYONE who has attained Jhanas (which is not an idea atleast once mentioned in Quran or in ANY OTHER ISLAMIC TEACHINGS) through praying . And I knew a person who was an Islamic, attained Jhanas through Meditation (NOT praying ofcourse) and became a Buddhist. What are Jhanas? Don't reply back. :)
