I really appreciate the review because we are going to the Bahamas via the Disney Dream in November 2011 and hopefully we will also go on an Alaskan Cruise via the Disney Wonder. I love cruises but i never tried Disney before. I have been to Disney World and I can go on and on on how much i love it. So for sure I will love these Disney cruises.Thanks for the video

Another tip about the braids is to wait until later in the afternoon to get them done. They drop their prices considerably.

Yes there is a dress up night not called a captain's dinner but same idea, and also a pirate themed night(where your pirate gear comes in handy)

Nice review! Just returned from the same voyage. Very impressed with the friendliness of the entire staff and hand wipes galour!! It was my first cruise and I will be going back with Disney in the future. Rarely even saw the kids as they were happy attending the activities. The theater shows are pretty awesome!! I hear the other cruiselines don't even compare...

Just got back from our 3rd Disney cruise 4 days ago. We weren't able to dock at Castaway Cay due to the winds....The Capt tried 3 times on tuesday and 3 more times on Wednesday. Luckily I've enjoyed the island before. But they gave us an afternoon of free drinks. As Peter the cruise director kept saying. A bad day on a disney cruise is still better than a good day at work. We just booked our 4th disney cruise this time a 7 day. Just love it

I have a question for the Pirates night party, besides the bandanas that they gave you do you also have to purchase the costumes? We are taking the cruise in two weeks and I was wondering what else do I have to bring to the ship, knowing how expensive this things can be. yes you have to pay for the costume but not the bandana beacause at your dinner table there will be some laying on the table i have just goten off this cruise but i really do not know how much the costumes are on the ship i got mine at the local mall if you need anything else just ask me
