Do you work for a law enforcement agency? Apparently not, because the tactics police use all over the world are relatively the same. Generally what the police would do in a situation like this would be to side-swip the vehicle from the back so it would do a 180 and spin out of control. This method does work, however, it must be executed in a safe manner. This guy had the balls to actually jump into the movnig vehicle and neutralize the situation before it came to that.
