is that the ideal propeller size? also how much is the maximum thrust on those? im asking because i saw a video of an ultra light airplane that can fly a person that is pedal powered, and ran on only 0.3HP!

Always stand in line of the prop with your face right over top of it while starting. This is a good practice. Remember safety first !!

I think that it needs some adjustment in the engine!
too "fat" does not sound right but looks beautiful flying!!!

Basically its a sheet of 2 or 3mm corrugated plastic folded around a (probably) foam leading edge and wooden wing spar.
