I have one advice for you... If you record the song with clean audio like an MP3 File or WAV file, then sound sync it to your performance, it will help a lot with the sound quality... I can really hear your voice but, so far so good got my thumbs up...
Why try to make a sound which combines various other great guitar-players? Sure, it's great to be inspired, just don't see why you wouldn't want to make it your own. All the same, great lead, man. Keep it up.

Technically competent. But an abstract series of riffs does not make a great performance. Take a simple song and use your technical prowess to explore it melodically, harmonically and rhythmically. ummm I'm not a musician so my advice isn't frm an expert or experienced. i sing in the car on the way to work at 5am so i dont fall asleep.lol. but vocals need help and sound quality wasn't very good. funny shirt too.
a little work on vocals, and maybe this kind of sound with some synth once in a while to make a higher atmosphere could make it sound a little bit better in my opinion
about the guitar, i couldn't say any improvement, it sounded pretty cool to me
great guitar work. good song. but to me it was an instrumental since i couln't make out a single word. it is very tough to play lead WHILE singing. Warren Haynes plays lead and THEN sings. He's the only world class lead gutarist who is also lead vocalist (that i can recall at the moment), but its blues with lots of rests between riffs.
this is quite a good piece especially the effort and concetration it was to make those notes run, yet I can of agree that this needs a more smooth flow in it including how the vocals, gutar, and drums roll together. Overall listening to this makes me think of the best of times back then. I'm sorry if this isn't a very clear judgement but I'm terrible at it so I think you shouldn't mind this to much.

I'm certainly hearing the influence of Hendrix...in the vocal (!). You can certainly play. Great stuff...hope you do well. If you haven't already, you might like to check out an Australian band called 'Wolfmother' who seem to be getting success doing the same thing you are...good, old fashioned rock and roll. A little turned of by the advertisement. Sounds decent boys, get you asses into a studio. Personally I believe you guys should speed it up a bit to get that good old rock 'n' roll feeling.
Rock n Roll- Zeppelin, even between the chorus & stanzas you can easily hum the guitar riffs in your head.
Do You Feel Like We Do- Frampton, much longer but the song had so many parts and when it got to the guitar riffs it's got a great progression of melody to it.
All Along The Watchtower-Hendrix, not only did he mix Slide Guitar in there to give a great sound, but the song just builds upon itself.
Dreams I'll Never See-Molly Hatchet- need lead & rythym but another example of harmony
Well, yeah i have to agree about the drums comments. The voice you can always find a lead singer. But to re-create the great guitar bands of the past it's much more than playing great licks and rolls (you certainly have that part down very well). But think about some of the songs that made bands famous. They all had riffs/licks that had a semblance of some melody to it. Something that even a non-guitarist like myself can hum along and replay the licks in our heads without the radio even on.
Great bands are born not created by industry. Great bands get the audience off before going in and making it a record. Remember, Bands come and go. The most important thing is, is that you play. Maybe someday the chemsitry will come together with others to make that special event that you dreamed of happening. Mean while.. Keep on pickin!
seriously impressive licks dude. i am sure it mast have been great to se live. the recording quality probably lets you down here at the beginning of the clip and yes the drummers timing is a bit out at first but he really brings it back and i thought it worked really well, remined me of some of the hendrix experience live stuff. you are missing a bass player though. would really round it out. good luck for the future
There is no doubt you can play the guitar but I have to agree with other feedback left concerning the druming, it doesn't compliment what your playing on guitar in spots, and try finishing the song at about 3:14, 6:27 may be a bit too ambitious to start out with.
But don't get me wrong for a first listen it sounds OK, checkout Royale Headache a Aussie garage band in my alternative list, the second song only has three words for lyrics, just repeated but there is a start too finish in about 3:00m
A lot of promise here - yes, the recording doesn't sound very good but the groove has some taste. Have the drummer stick to "a" beat, he's all over the place - it disrupts his timing. And yes, some heavy bass would be a fantastic addition.

You play really good, and the drummer is good as well. Great psychedelic feel from the 60's. Unfortunatly I couldn't hear the singing very well. But no matter, you will get better in time.

Okso I got the inbox message to check out this video and at first I was a little annoyed because I thought it was just another "check out my channel I'd you like so and so" but after actually watching this vid I'm glad I didnt delete the message. Great job, though I would've preferred to hear the vocals better and the camera didn't need to messed with towards the end. Overall great vid

I would have loved to hear this with a better quality of sound. You played the heck out of that guitar, your stage presence and energy was good, be yourself. I agree with someones comment that the drummer was a little off at times, then again with live music anything is liable to happen, all in all this was an absolute experience. Much luck!

I'm certainly hearing the influence of Hendrix...in the vocal (!). You can certainly play. Great stuff...hope you do well. If you haven't already, you might like to check out an Australian band called 'Wolfmother' who seem to be getting success doing the same thing you are...good, old fashioned rock and roll. I doubt they can teach you how to play but they're doing what you do and it's working for them. Thanks for the share...well worth it. Peace.

You should simply just try to sound GOOD!! It doesn't really need to be so complicated!! Most times a much more simple thing would be ok! Also a bass player that I could hear would be nice, too!! d:)
One more thing: It's about 2:27 TOO LONG. That much is soooooo obvious!!

examples:
Rock n Roll- Zeppelin, even between the chorus & stanzas you can easily hum the guitar riffs in your head.
Do You Feel Like We Do- Frampton, much longer but the song had so many parts and when it got to the guitar riffs it's got a great progression of melody to it.
All Along The Watchtower-Hendrix, not only did he mix Slide Guitar in there to give a great sound, but the song just builds upon itself.
Dreams I'll Never See-Molly Hatchet- need lead & rythym but another example of harmony

Well, yeah i have to agree about the drums comments. The voice you can always find a lead singer. But to re-create the great guitar bands of the past it's much more than playing great licks and rolls (you certainly have that part down very well). But think about some of the songs that made bands famous. They all had riffs/licks that had a semblance of some melody to it. Something that even a non-guitarist like myself can hum along and replay the licks in our heads without the radio even on.

Great bands are born not created by industry. Great bands get the audience off before going in and making it a record. Remember, Bands come and go. The most important thing is, is that you play. Maybe someday the chemsitry will come together with others to make that special event that you dreamed of happening. Mean while.. Keep on pickin!

seriously impressive licks dude. i am sure it mast have been great to se live. the recording quality probably lets you down here at the beginning of the clip and yes the drummers timing is a bit out at first but he really brings it back and i thought it worked really well, remined me of some of the hendrix experience live stuff. you are missing a bass player though. would really round it out. good luck for the future

There is no doubt you can play the guitar but I have to agree with other feedback left concerning the druming, it doesn't compliment what your playing on guitar in spots, and try finishing the song at about 3:14, 6:27 may be a bit too ambitious to start out with.
But don't get me wrong for a first listen it sounds OK, checkout Royale Headache a Aussie garage band in my alternative list, the second song only has three words for lyrics, just repeated but there is a start too finish in about 3:00m

A lot of promise here - yes, the recording doesn't sound very good but the groove has some taste. Have the drummer stick to "a" beat, he's all over the place - it disrupts his timing. And yes, some heavy bass would be a fantastic addition.
