I have battled back pain for the majority of my life, spending thousands of dollars on physical therapy, chiropractors, and pain medicines.
Recently I have found by far the best, most economical help ever. Going through this simple routine every morning has changed my life drastically for the better.
It is also good idea to breath in as you raise your knee to the chest and hold your breath and out slowly breath out as you twist your body. You could at times hear your spine adjust or click, and that is just fine. The breath out at the twist is important since it allows the body to relax more and allow for a better stretch at the end of the movement. Thanks for the Vid.
I cant believe Im the last one to text this woman, this incredibly gorgeous woman or, rather, to comment upon her. I only now came back to this stretching exercise to see if Im doing it right. I've only done it a couple of times, and Im back to reaquaint myself with this back stretch. And no one commented since my last post. I cant believe it. She is so gorgeous. How could anyone not comment or post a text with her showing the exercise?
