My last point would be when ever the Americans step in to defend another country they end up causing as much damage for e.g. in somalia whre they started bombing hospitals, that was basically a war on the civilians but on the media there thi pretence that they are defending ppl. @muslim4lyf007 Ok. Throughout the Muslim world, it is taught that this verse was abrogated (replaced) by later verses, such as the verse of the sword, which commands Muslims to fight and strike off the heads of disbelievers.

@muslim4lyf007 I am not interpreting the Koran, I can't since I'm not a Muslim. All I can say is that is what is being taught in the majority of the Islamic world. I have several Arab friends so I know this. As I said before, Dr. Hamid and a small group of other Muslims have tried to promote peaceful understandings of Islam but they are threatened and attacked by other Muslims.

i just dont agree with the last part cos they disrespected a law of ours so i couldnt care less if a muslim bro or sis dist a law of theirs in return for their FAVOUR

My last point would be when ever the Americans step in to defend another country they end up causing as much damage for e.g. in somalia whre they started bombing hospitals, that was basically a war on the civilians but on the media there thi pretence that they are defending ppl. The men who carried these attacks admitted they were ordered and it got out some how.

Ok. Then why did ten thousand Iraqis march throught the streets in 2003, after America liberated the country, saying that they support democracy and don't want terrorists? Should we have left the Bosnian Muslims to be slaughtered?

What i do disagree with u about is ur second point. If the American government bombs countries and creates houndreds of thousands of deaths, refugees, orphans, widows for oil and the placement of puppet governments, I dont see how its their fault. The Israeli government is not only racist, but they have commited unthinkable crimes (along with the west,) aginst muslim ppl. Muslims are treated as if their life is worth less somehow.

The American government isn't perfect. I'll be the first to admit that, and I'm an American. But it has saved the lives of millions of Muslims as well. Right now we defend Saudi ARabia, home to the two holliest sites in Islam, Mecca and Medina. We have fought wars to defend Muslims, such as both Gulf Wars and the wars in Bosnia and Somalia. Muslim countries demanded we come in and defend them. And we did. And now these same Muslim governemnt are demanding we attack Iran.

1) America has saved only a fraction of the amount of ppl they have killed. 2) america only defends saudia arabia becasue of an agreement that basically says u invest ur oil in us and we don't over throw ur monarchy. 3) America has never defended a nation if there wasn't some kind of interest in it for them, for e.g in the gulf war they didn't want their interests in quat to be disturbed and they did kuwait to be disturbed.

...There was a dictator in somalia called siad barre and he made an agreement with america regaring somalia's large on shore and off shore oil, when the ppl threw him out in the civil war america's interest were jeopardised and ever since then they have been sending groups in to make unrest and fermenting mini civil wars in order to get invloved again
