Vista Inspirat is just a theme for Windows XP.
Vixta is now Simplis and its distribution that uses KDE4, not a Vista clone.
Although this is nice for XP, once you've tried Compiz-fusion on Ubuntu or other Linux distros, you're going to compare everything to it. Only thing that might pose a threat is Mac OSX leap. That is, until AWN improves their dock and its only a matter of time. Linux is the new wave. Jump on before the ship leaves.

I googled a bit and found out that Winflip was first developed in late 2007 year.
Compiz was developed in May 22, 2006, and Compiz-Fusion was developed in March 30, 2007 (go and check on wikipedia).
Its enough for me to believe that is clone of compiz.
And as I said, Compiz-Fusion is much better (more plugins and that stuff).
