if we would all just put some kind of youtube watermark in our videos then viacom would screw themselves over for being too obvious in what they are doing. just my 2 cents

Also, I'm pretty sure by THIS time, that Viacom is WELL aware of the people who disagree and loathe them, and all these "complaints/contacts" that you are encouraging are falling on deaf ears (Or more accurately, the little kid "stick-fingers-in-ears-nya-nya­-i-cant-hear-you" method)

Filing a DMCA against Viacom is like trying to sue Disney.

They can afford lawyers up the ass, and they can afford to have them pick through loopholes, etc., and even then if your case is watertight, they'll offer you an out-of-court settlement.
