Smaller head gives more control, but nowadays few players use small head racquets. The pros use what their sponsors give them , which are always larger heads.

my racquet seems to be different..in the middle it is splitted from top to the grip..but i see most videos, their racquets only split on top...forming a "v" shape..is my racquet useable?

Spin the racquet and call which side it will land. The winner gets to decide to serve.
