I suppose you could with drift tires, have a look at /watch?v=gDSlYUEoUj0 (MCD drift car). There 1:5 scale. Also look at HPI, Traxxas, Losi- there mostly smaller.

They are in the ratio of 1:5 to real cars^^ This also makes the accidents looks real :D but they are very very expensive... 1.000-2.000€ you have to give out to get a nice car like this =D
