*APPLE charges the restocking fee. Many things are different with iPhones Terms of Service/Use, due to at&t being partnered with apple in this, there are business agreements that had to be met in order for att to partner w/ apple.
Now, if you RETURN the phone there is a 10% fee, if it is a WARRANTY issue for a bad phone it goes down another path. For the "average joe", reading the terms of use does a body good. You wear a suit, and claim to not be an avg joe... maybe you could READ more? lol
Sorry that happen to you. AT&T should have given you better customer service. Hope you will resolve issue. Maybe Apple will take some action? If they see more youtube complaints.
I've had no end of problems with the iPhone had it for 2 months and had 4 replacements, it's disgusting.
