  • I've had no end of problems with the iPhone had it for 2 months and had 4 replacements, it's disgusting.

  • You kinda sound like you were pretty rude to the people at AT&T. They don't make the rules...

  • *APPLE charges the restocking fee. Many things are different with iPhones Terms of Service/Use, due to at&t being partnered with apple in this, there are business agreements that had to be met in order for att to partner w/ apple.

    Now, if you RETURN the phone there is a 10% fee, if it is a WARRANTY issue for a bad phone it goes down another path. For the "average joe", reading the terms of use does a body good. You wear a suit, and claim to not be an avg joe... maybe you could READ more? lol

  • Sorry that happen to you. AT&T should have given you better customer service. Hope you will resolve issue. Maybe Apple will take some action? If they see more youtube complaints.
