You need to supply real personal information for the legal process, and this is sent to whoever made the original copyright claim. If you did make a counterclaim against a bogus third-party, you would be the perfect victim for identity theft.

I've been subscribed to Arch's videos a long time but it's hard to start getting involved in the chat room community because it's very tightly knit and new people who don't know what's going on are not warmly welcomed. I know people can say whatever they want- regular members just joke around and talk crap- but the moderators aren't any better or more helpful in my experience. It's just not very encouraging to join in on the website experience.

@Jacob9k1 he is already on blip, and I like blip as well coz u can make long videos there. They also care alot more about the users and if someone flags a video they will manually look into it. DM is also great but they have this 20 minute limit (better then youtube though), and they have more shitty ads and stuff.
Blip pays you and you can put up your own ads next to the videos and on the videos if u wish to. Blip is also more userfriendly and works perfect on consoles such as PS3 and XBox.

@MariosGuy I know what you mean. I've been subscribed to Arch's videos a long time but it's hard to start getting involved in the chat room community because it's very tightly knit and new people who don't know what's going on are not warmly welcomed. I know people can say whatever they want- regular members just joke around and talk crap- but the moderators aren't any better or more helpful in my experience. It's just not very encouraging to join in on the website experience.

@TheArchfiend there was a feature on Youtube It was very misleading it said Lisanova interviews Katy Perry theres no way in hell youtube partners interview celebrities I have never seen it if you click the link it goes to Katy Perrys Youtube page not hating her. In her videos you never see Lisanova I don't like her in the end this misleading feature helped her get more views and subs.

@Jacob9k1 he is already on blip, and I like blip as well coz u can make long videos there. They also care alot more about the users and if someone flags a video they will manually look into it. DM is also great but they have this 20 minute limit (better then youtube though), and they have more shitty ads and stuff.
Blip pays you and you can put up your own ads next to the videos and on the videos if u wish to. Blip is also more userfriendly and works perfect on consoles such as PS3 and XBox.

Just so you know LiberalViewer at VidCon defended you and the others that were being false DMCA'd. He pushed for YouTube to have a more human element when it comes to DMCA's. While YouTubes response was weak, he did make them open their eyes. Maybe you could check out his videos about it. He didn't mention you directly or anything but he was representing you.
