I would also like to categorically point out, that Machiavelli has not warranted all the bad press he has received over the centuries, since he wrote that book. What was it? "The Prince". Be sure to delete these comments after you read them and before Jacques gets a look at them. We don't want him getting the wrong idea. I say Jinto, you might try deleting this message before Jacques gets a look at it. You know how he gets. Don't want to needlessly alarm the poor chap. At any rate, I have a question. Here in the US, the courts have things called "Competency Review Boards". Where various individuals can be deemed "fit" or "unfit" to conduct their own personal affairs, i.e. financial and/or otherwise. Do the French provincial courts where you live have similar institutions?
