Wow, I was watching this, really skeptically, thinking "There's no way this is the problem with my site, it was working fine for a year and I never changed ANY of this info".. looks like the passwords on all my DB's were dropped.

I'm the only user with access to this, any ideas what might have caused it?

Thanks for the info. Only, I'm having this problem with the "enable multi-sites" plugin?

The root directory domain name where WordPress is installed works just fine but any sub-domain name I make only presents me with this error:

"Error Establishing a Database Connection"

I've looked at the config file and everything seems to be in order there especially sense I can access the root domain WordPress instillation.

Would you know how to fix this?

if you need Really Urgent see the Site"

on linux use in console:

"/etc/init.d/mysql sto"

then

"mysqld_safe --skip-grant-tables"

that way ,you have acces to ur site.

then "use this video" and start mysqld on default mode.
