I'm happy to hear he's so enthuasiastic. His role in Good was really touching, I found myself feeling so incredibly sorry for him it was quite disturbing..
I always knew he was a very intelligent man as well as being incredibly handsome. His roles are always perfect. From his role in the Patriot, to his most known role of playing Lucius Malfoy. He researches his roles which is wonderful, because some actors dont even bother to do that hence their roles are lacking. And he has major valid points. Keep up the good work Jason.
Wow. I am impressed. Jason has depth that I never imagined. He researches his roles and acts them out to perfection. He sexy, and smart, and seems to be a really nice guy. I would love to meet him someday. thumbs up if you agree.
Wonderful interview, he's a wonderful man :) Every interview I've seen with him he seems so into all of his characters. The world needs more actors as passionate as this man.
Ya know, i just finished watching the 3rd season of Brotherhood, which he stared in, and now knowing that he is english is kind of depressing lol. i mean, you listen to him in the show and you'd never know.
@acmilan8mf11 I am from new england and I was VERY impressed with his accent. I am shocked he could do it so well. If I didn't know he was english I would of seriously never knew. haha That is how good he is. And believe me, not many people can do the new england accent that well. Even some of the best american actors we got.
Well, we all have our blind spots. That at ~ 0:45 he shows that he's bought the bald face lie that foreign terrorists and enemy combatants are covered under the Geneva Convention once more illustrates that, among all humans on planet earth, actors may well be the least qualified to comment on geopolitical dynamics. Despite this glaring insult to my intelligence, I still respect and admire the man's work immensely.
Dispite the fact that every human being on this planet reserves the right to express his/her opinion, your misplaced arrogance regarding your intelligence shows exactly the same weakness you accuse Jason Isaacs of. The Geneva convention is exactly for enemy combatants or any insurgents during conflicts of war, regardless of their statehood or status. That the West labels some of them "terrorists" doesn't mean they don't deserve the Geneva-rights. They are universal, at all times!
@thomasvcf No you're the one who is mentally lost in this circumstance. The Geneva Convention was issued as an established post World War II based upon the conditions of the conflict. You Europeans need to stop avoiding reality and understand that your fantastical views of the world are not relevant in the modern day when real leaders must make decisions based upon their own-- and your security.
Haha us Europeans? I wonder who you mean with that. I guess it typical for some Americans to say, rights are only valid when it suits America. One of your greatest once said: he wh sacrifices an essential liberty for temporary security, deserves neither of them. If we stop respecting basic human rights, we lose our own rights. And about our fantastical views, have a look in the mirror, "greatest nation on earth"! Haha, i weep for your fake nation!
This guy will faceplant you repeatedly against the hood of your car and cut your fucking ear off. Michael Caffee: grade-A, fucking bad-ass. Cheers to Showtime for giving their gem, "Brotherhood," the time of day.
I've been a fan of his for years and I've never heard anything but how good he is to coworkers and how gracious and kind he is to the public. Basically, polar opposite to the characters he plays.
Since he was the bad guy and im obsessed with Heath Ledger.. and his charecter Gabriel Martin was killed by Colonel Tavington(isaacs) i hated him.. But then i looked him up and watched his interviews and saw other movies with him in it.. he is a great man.

the geneva convention dates back deep into the 19th century.

One of my favorite movies is The Patriot..
Since he was the bad guy and im obsessed with Heath Ledger.. and his charecter Gabriel Martin was killed by Colonel Tavington(isaacs) i hated him.. But then i looked him up and watched his interviews and saw other movies with him in it.. he is a great man.
But i still love Heath Ledger.
