ZENN's a good idea in concept, but not realistic, especially for Toronto.
As if traffic isn't bad enough, you want people in full sized cars (not small scooters or bikes) going 10 under the posted limit (MAX). People will attempt to pass these vehicles, causing major risks, and if they don't, traffic jams will occur much more often.
If ZENN really wanted to sell electric cars, they'd spend the extra $1-2000 to get a proper motor and controller to double the effective speed. But they don't.. why?
