Put Starcraft into Windowed (Fullscreen) mode and now it will be use your full screen, but if you alt-tab it doesn't minimize starcraft just pulls the other windows on top of it.  You have to run it this way for xsplit or whatever Destiny uses for streaming to record his screen. I'm not saying that Destiny doesn't have dual monitors, because he might, but that's not how he pulls windows in front of starcraft without minimizing it.
