Hey, I was reading the Nurburgring regulations and section 7.3 says you can't use video recording. Is this true? Did you need a special permit? Is this why you quickly remove the camera at the end of the video?

BTW I absolutely love the sound. Great video. Specially laughed when that guy at the end would take over...!

nice lap time, i did the ring in 9.25 in my mk3 16v, like yours all stripped out, I have been thinking of changing to a VR6 for a while because it costs so much to gain small BHP with the 16 valves, i have heard they are front heavy what are you opinions, i guess the lap does speak for itself !!!

Nice lap, I smiled the entire time. Wish I would have recorded my lap when I had my car over there. Did that exhaust seem to get really load at about 1/3 the track? As my motor got hotter my exhaust was nearly unbearable.

It is a friends car, not mine, although wish it was!

It has a few engine mods, Schrick VSR, Schrick cams and a one off cyl head that is a bit special. It is also stripped out and has a pretty well sorted chassis.
