You then placed a tone-arm upon the 45 which contained a Pickup Needle(stylus) which decoded the grooves pressed into the vinyl by the Master dies, (also known as a Gold Records) only a certain number of pressings could be made from a gold master, after which it was framed and presented to the artist! Hence in the strictness of the term, a Gold Record no longer exists, regardless of sales!

it's the greatest love song ever! i love him=his music..anyone knows who is the ARTIST sing due with him this same song...a Lady of course...Dan Hill and with someone..i used to sing that song in my gig in early days, but i can't remember who is that lady singer! Gosh...Please tell me ..thanks..

This is one of my favorite sappy love songs. I remember hearing it first as a little kid and it's still a great song...... I can't help but crack up over all the caveman comments. Keep them coming! LOL

haha they should use this for geiko's commercials, "its very tragical here...*Dan hill sings*, who am I judge you on what you say and do, its so easy a caveman can do it " Dan hill goes aghh!!! are you serious? and leave the stage, "Geiko, 15 minutes can save you 15 dollars on car insurance"
