I'm in this business.. Most operators I know, that give a crap about their machines that is, would be annoyed. Most bosses I've encountered would sack indeed.

This is vandalism, pure and simple. And this footage would be more than enough as evidence.

Sure he might have moved that rock a little bit, but those front tires alone might cost half a year's salary for a operator.

There are correct tools for the job, and this is not it. Car parts are expensive, but nothing compared to heavy machinery.

To manipulate a rock that size the way in which he did can only be done by someone very experienced. Notice how he sways the rear end from side to side to create enough leverage to get the rock to roll.
