True. Still though, the slam is more than just a high percentage shot, its an in your face gesture and a form of showboating that really isn't a part of women's basketball.  They tend to focus on fundamentals and team basketball, something a lot of men's teams that I watch could take lessons from. It probably wouldn't hurt the fan base to put a little more flash in the WNBA though, and more slams could be the ticket.
