For tourists they fill you full of whatever substances you want and give you mopeds to drive around on until you either run out of money or kill yourself, not joking in any way. It's like mutually assured destruction, you fuck up their country and in return they try to vultch your money from you whilst you're fucked. This doesn't do it justice, whenever we got there Haadrin beach already looked like the fucking Normandy landings.
