For the idiots that can't comprehend the phrase 'Fail Harder'; simply put, if you aren't failing your aren't taking enough risks to achieve full potential. Regardless of the situation; in this case the creative advertising field. There are plenty of articles on 'Failure tolerant leadership', the concept that those who are working the hardest will likely have the most failures but also the most successes and the greatest degree of knowledge gained from failed attempts at accomplishment.
