If you only have one kettlebell then you can defonitely do 5 reps per side then switch. It's great to customize the workouts to fit your needs, as you will still get MEGA BENEFITS!
if i only have one kettlebell, how can i do the exercises that need two kettlebells? do half the time then change arms or do 5-6 reps per side and change?
I've only recently started doing circuits to get in better shape and loose some weight, and I was wondering how much time/days should rest inbetween the days I workout to give my muscles enough time to heal? and if I do cardio inbetween will it hinder my chances to heal faster? Really appreciate the help and workouts you put out man.
Another great workout vid man. Here is a question I workout nearly everyday doing explosive workouts like yours that use most muscles in your body and afraid of over working them im not a bodybuilder so I dont do different muscle groups different days is there a way around this? Thanks man keep the vids coming
@toxicinspector Hey Toxic, Those were volleyball players training at the "Plyo Pit" facility I wsa shooting at. I wasn't really paying attention as they had a trainer with them. Great thing is to see those 14-15 year olds working on their strength and conditioning and as they continue to train their technique will improve - Funk
Holy crap! This one was tough. Sweet workout Funk. Thanks!
