Zelgadis020: Those switches are quite easy to get it wired, look to the pins of those switches, as you can see those pins are solded to the board, with a soldering iron and a small twin cable you solder those pin that is solded to the board with the twin cable.

Then you take the other side of the twin cable and use the soldering iron to weld the pins of the switches. That should work.
