Not his school. Hes an instructor. Also, he cried cause he didnt go for the BJJ but instead went and fought as a stand-up fighter. Hes a great BJJ fighter, but fought as a stand-up.

@SushiWarriorTW wang refused to fight undefeated sergio mamone at uic-hilo, because he hadn't made weight. so, eddie rincon, who was coming off of two losses, took the fight without notice. wang, actually tried to take him down, but couldn't. the irony is that wang failed to make weight for his next bout in one-fc-singapore. but zorobabel moreira didn't douche out of the bout (as wang did against mamone.) wonder what happened? wang got smashed.

Sorry for the late reply. Yeah, Taiwan BJJ is where Pedro Schmall taught for a while. Pedro is a great guy and you're lucky to be able to learn from him. Please tell him that Eric from Taiwan BJJ says "hi".

I think Wang got some real good BJJ skills and is a really nice guy. Why can't people appreciate him? In contrast BJ Penn is a fucking dick who knows only how to fight, and got really stink'in attitudes. BJ makes fighters look fucking bad.

The problem with Asian people, we tend to have a big ego, especially when it comes to martial arts. Like so what of Chinese Kung Fu/Wing Chun/Shaolin and so on? So what of Japanese Karate/Judo/Jujitsu/Kenpo and what not? Not to say that all of us Asians are like that, I'm just saying in a small generalization that it tends to be the case.

in all honesty he is a bjj black belt so he MUST know something and his grappling competition record is not bad as well.

I personally think he's an idiot for not going for even 1 takedown during his ufc career. Honestly he gives chinese people a bad name (in b4 tiny dick, racism, chink, etc).

But in all fairness anyone that has the courage to walk into an octagon deserves respect even if they cry their eyes out.
