Well, ya but the value of a school truly depends on the effort of the teacher,

If kids dont listen and the teachers dont give a damn the schools fucked nomatter what , However if the students are idiots but teachers keep a close Eye and are strict even if its a ghetto school, it will probly be better then a school with all the money and no effort by teachers, so if what hes saying is true the teachers are probly really strict..
