  • Not all Japanese people are nice. The area that you live in is obviously a great area to live. Japan might be clean, but I've seen some dirty places around Hokkaido west coast. You cant just say something about a country by visiting one area you need to see more before saying things. The Japanese aren't like their anime people.

  • nice place ...

  • howre did u get in Japan? with ur parents? as a student? I've been looking to move there (permanently) but immigration requirements are high and choices are slim :\

  • @spandexninja

Yeah with my mom. She was hired to teach at an international school in Kobe. Thus, I've attended all 4 years of high school here.

  • Why would you move to japan, or asia for the matter, it's a terrible place to live.

  • @AKleafs482

Excuse me, but have you even been to Asia-- or Japan for that matter?

If my travels have taught me anything, you can lump all Asian countries together like that, in the same way you can't for Europeans nations either.

  • @dilemma92

I've been to japan, south korea and the phillipianes. Most people are rude to foreigners and it is EXTREMELY polluted

  • @AKleafs482

I've been to all 3 of those places. When it comes to pollution, I totally get what you mean about the Philippines. And in Korea wasn't the MOST accommodating place i've been ... but i have NEVER been anywhere in Europe, North America, or Asia as freakishly clean or friendly to foreigners as JAPAN.

  • I don't know where YOU were or how long, but I experience the famously accommodating Japanese EVERY DAY I'm here. Whenever I need to ask for directions, 50% of the time whomever I stop will walk me all the way to my destination! And I know that Japanese are usually nicer to polite foreigners than to other Japanese. And as far as pollution, it's actually funny how Japan is ridiculously clean, but with like 0 public bins. So, from REAL personal experience, I can't even take your dumbass seriously

  • Anyone who lives in Japan is sooooo lucky. The apartment is absolutely cute. The sink on the back of the toilet, OMG. Thx for the tour.

  • what part of japanese did you move to and how much does the apartment cost? cause is massive (the apartment) normally a tokyo apartment is quater the size of this and probably much more expensive.

  • i moved to kobe, so it's probably not as expensive as a tokyo apartment

but i'm not sure how much it costs since my mom's school pays the rent... we just pay utilities..

  • @dilemma92

if i remeber correctly Kobe is close to Osaka. the place is not bad, i might consider moving there when i get to japan, although is still far off.

  • no effence but i dont get how those tiny apartments in tokyo cost so much. they are so small!

  • This is much larger than the typical tokyo apartment beause it isn't quite in Tokyo. Notice the spread of things in town. I'm sure it's slightly less expensive than a tokyo apartment..

Now, If you think Tokyo is expensive, you should consider Manhattan, with typical rent costs of $1500-$3500/mo and 3 months security deposit due at signing.

  • @grahamc87 but you gotta remeber that Tokyo is the most expensive city in the whole world. that makes it much more expensive than Manhattan

  • i have been to japan why i don't think of doing that video tour of my apartment, suckz! maybe when i get back there this year i would do one.hehe

  • ya know it does make sense , to not take a bath in your own filth XD

  • Why are you in japan. You're so lucky. i'd love to go there

  • My mom's teaching here, so we moved last year.

  • where are you from? And do you speak Japanese

  • I'm from the US.

Yah i speak japanese, but I'm still learning and I don't like to think I'm very good xD

  • you are so cute~!

  • Thats a nice aparment...i was thinkin of moving to Japan when i go older but i really dont know if its really expensive. o_O?

  • It can be expensive to live here, but if your work provide housing, like mine does, the lack of morgage/rent, car payments, gas, etc.. builds up and for me it is actually cheaper.

  • I heard that it is very expensive to live in Japan.

  • You should have waited until night, when you're less dependent on windows for light... you do have a nice view of the city (is that Kobe I see?) though.

  • cute sofa, i should buy one soon.

  • its nice ^^ i have been to Rokko Mountains last week...its in Kobe....that place is very nice...look like Europe... :D

  • wow i really like that sunset view that u have

im gonna favorite just cuz of that haha

  • hi i would like to ask how much is a apartment in japan? but in dollars please im considering moving from califronia (usa) to japan please answer

  • What are the mountains called?

  • the mountains behind my house are part of a chain of mountains called the Rokko Mountains about 30km long

    thanks for the interest ^.^
