Your drawing is fine..but I think the color went too dark and strong. Try to lessen the dark shades and shadows a bit..Observe also the source of light so that the highlighted parts are not scattered. The back part of the hair wasn't given enough details but all in all I think you did it nicely. i know you can improve it next time because you're versatile! ^_^
