How do you avoid stepping on the tail of the suit and do you need reinforcement to keep the tail from falling off?

Nope, I can use a belt if I don't want it to drag but it's attached to the suit. It's really not long enough to step on and moves pretty well.

What did you use for the nose and do you need a heavy duty sewing machine? sorry for all the questions but the more I watch these videos the more I'd like to go to the next AnthroCon.
