Unless that car has been repainted, it's not a CSL. They only came in black or silver. Can't see if the roof is CF tho. Great video, I always enjoy the 'Ring vids!
Video was for fun? I bet it was! Lovely bloke as well, I am heading to the 'ring for DTM weekend in a few weeks as it was actually fairly quiet last year on this weekend and hopefully i'll see him again. Happy motoring!
a good clip to study before a trip to the ring but if this is the same Thorleif who was kind enough to to take me out as a passeneger in August '05, I can promise you he was on a very slow lap. He can lap 1min quicker than this!
Bruce, thanks for the comment. I can assure you that Thorleif can lap way faster than this! His rear suspensions mounts were damaged - you can see the rear of the car step out at various points in the video. The video was for fun, and also to study the lines of the BMW fahrerlehrgang 2005 winner :-)
