I know there is some "blind spot" near the monster from where she won't hit you, but last time I checked I couldn't reproduce it that well. Maybe this hint helps, gotta try it sometime.

I just killed this one with my last breath, I used the katana cuz I ran out of bullets (and I had 125 bullets for the handgun). Also I didn't have any medicine and my life was on red.

Was pretty cool finishing it like that...

Not really. I chose SH3 because of a separate option to run/walk, without one it's just annoying to try to no-run.
