you did a terrible job on the 2nd plaque, first you clearly did not pour enough, not only that you stopped pouring went back to the first and then began pouring in the 2nd one againt which is a no no.

How do you make the letters? Are they wax, or....?

@amaedesign They are foam. You can get them at wal mart. The sand creates a cast around it.

Nice! I've done this with petrobond, but perhaps I'll try your way with loose sand. Certainly would be faster!

Great job editing the video. Floating salt package at 3:38 was great!

Do you ever have problems with sand in your casting due to the sand that gets into the top of your foam gate like at 2:17?
