Nice remake of the frog game, good work.
I my self, wana remake lot of old games. my concern is of Copyright.
The answer is - can you sell it on xna market place? my guess is not!

@comsoft If you make your own sprites and it's not an exact clone of the game then you should be fine. But it would be stupid to sell a remake.
