this movie is so weird because Batman has no inner turmoil or anything. They could've made this about another superhero and Clooney would've been fine, but here he's like the big brother who needs help but has to put up with the rascals in his family. Kind of an interesting take on the Batman series, because it gets away from all the dark interior stuff for once. However, wow there is nothing worse than Poison Ivy and Robin. This could've worked with more Batgirl, and Batman as a supp. character

I agree. Joel Schumaker's "Batman" films were terrible. It doesn't help that he couldn't get an actor that was both a good Batman AND Bruce Wayne. Val Kilmer was terrible as Bruce Wayne but good as Batman, and George Clooney was the opposite. That's part of what made Tim Burton's films so good was that Michael Keaton was the whole package. Christian Bale is also very good as both. I try to forget the Schumaker films.
