Hi, Fist of all Very good tone, video, congrats!! I am buying the same guitar as you are playing BMG , so did you change the pickups, or are the original from korea?

I notice that you are using the Touring TB and the sound is amazing .... do you have experience with the Deluxe tb from Fryer, and why did you buy the touring. Do you think is better? And do you have experience with a small ampli vox like pathfinder 15? Thank you so much, Paulo

@pbgoncalves4 hi paulo ,i changed nothing on my guitar there are burns tri sonic pick ups on it.i use the the touring booster because this is the one brian uses too on the last tour and sounds best to me.i´ve got a vox ac1 and the brian may deacy amp the ac1 with a treble booster sounds really great but a pathfinder15 is a good choise to to get a close sound,hope that helps a bit ,greets marvin

No offense, but your solo's have no life to them =/. Try using more vibrato because Brian May uses alot of that and it will sound pretty good :).

hey mate, just a touch of advice, it sounds like ur using the new ac30 custom classics, if this is the case turn the treble down, there is way too much top signal through these amps, its SO not brian may! you'd benifit from running ur treble booster through the amp with no treble input from the amp its sefl! Regards !

Do you use some kind of power soaks (attenuators?) ??

Can you post the settings of you normal channel and master volumes please?

hi the ac30s are linked together with a 3 waysignal splitter(morley), 2 amps run over a stereo chorus signal and one amp give just the dry signal from the treble booster.settings nothing special...the importenest thing is ,that the normal channel is full up (master volume as loud as you want) hope that informations helps a bit

Ich habe mir vor einigen Monaten einen ac30cc2x gekauft! Besitze natürlich auch eine von dem König persönlich unterschriebene Special;-)

Aber ich bin mit den einstellungen am amp nicht ganz zufrieden...oder sagen wir mal mir fliegen die ohren weg. Hast du im Normal Channel Volume und Master Regler beide voll auf? Und was Stellst du hinten bei Smooth und bei Hot or Warm ein?

meine amps sind alle auf warm eingestellt...und zu den einstellungen das is nix besonderes wichtig ist nur das man den normal channel ´full up´mit einem treble booster kombieniert!der volume knopf regelt dann eigentlich nur noch die lautstärke ´den ganz aufzudrehen is heftig ich weiß was du meinst^^jedenfalls ,der schlüssel zum sound in diesem 3 verstärker system (2 wet amps mit stereo chorus und 1 dry nur treble booster.aber mit einem kann man auch schon einiges anstellen!

holy shit man.......... thats was amazing sound. leaves me wanted and needing some ac30s more and more!!!!!!!!! no fair :P anyway mate. i really recomend changing chorus pedals. the ce-5 is way too thick of a chorus for the brian may tone wel i think personaly. retro sonic are very good. mate thats one kick ass setup neways!!!!!!!!!!
