  • yo big props to this kid, his scratching skills are on point, and especially using straight vinyl no software, makes real hip hop fans proud to hear this type of art coming from such a young mind

  • great job kid.. really refreshing to see someone so young with such skills..

  • This kids needs to learn how to handle vinyl properly. You don't shove em in your flight case like that.

  • He's amazing but I'm just saying as a response to the description that not every kid is fortunate enough to get a full DJ kit or w.e its called at such a young age this just goes to show how fortunate this kid is.

  • this is dope! on vinyls too! not too many people even know how to touch the wax properly. Good job.

  • Man!! now thats some nice talent kid! I dj as well but im like 10 years older than you! lol good work little bro keep it up! fight for your dreams and before you know it youll be up there with the great DJ Jazzy Jeff:)

  • Maaan, I'm jealous , the kid can scratch , crab, drum, beat juggle , damn it !! Keep it up kid

  • this little shit is going to be so rich!!!! haha

  • he's from seattle? weird, me too and i've never seen him!

  • @DjScout We keep him on the down-low. He wants to be a kid & make friends, play sports, play pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh, ride his bike & skate board. So, I've decide not to push him. The turntables will always be around for him. He'll come back to 'em especially, when his hormones start to kick in. Peace

  • @DJJPGUNNz Awesome dj, he has it...great job bro ! Mysterio

  • @DjScout because the boy spends all his life in the booth practicing lol

  • He just throws the vinyls w/o care. lol

  • No way.... He's only 9!!! He can dj out of this world lol

  • Hey can I get some help click on my name so I can get views

  • @xexeres I don't even have a dog lol. I'm not trying to hate, i'm just not impressed. I've been spinning records for fourteen years and I don't need any more competition

  • @Pusta2000 Only REAL TURNTABLISTS are impressed. So your answer is very typical. This is a child who is preserving an artform that may dwindle because of new technology's existence to foreclose on natural skill. It's not about you. It's about preservation of raw talent & resurrecting a potentially lost art that may hopefully be invigorated by this child and others like him. All those who appreciate turntablism should praise this kid who will inspire more dj competitions in the future. Peace

  • everything he's doing is extremely basic. plus he's got each vinyl marked to tell him exactly where to drop the needle. My dog could do this.

  • stop hate'n

  • Ths dude is Nasty! Thts so pimp an only 9 yrs old, ths kid has a god future thn him, bettr tn Justin bieber

  • I bet his teachers say he has ADD or one of those new wave conditions, the kid has what every dj must possess, multi tasking ability, see the way he flips up his hands, hes relaxed and his chi is flowing. Keep on creating DJ

  • Wow!! This kid is better than half the new djs out! Godbless him for keeping the craft alive with out serato!

  • Wow nice.. Only just about at this level in terms of beat-juggling and cuts and my scratching isn't quite as good and I've been at it for a few years now. At nine years-old this kid is just world class. God knows what he'll be like when he's a late-teen because he will make some big improvements between now and then for sure.

  • headphones for woot ?!

    lol

  • Keep it up man you'll be a legend.

  • go on my son ,super watch this space ♪♫♫♪

  • crazy!

  • God bless you, kid.

  • Your kid is awesome, theres a bright future ahead of him

  • @ DJJPGUNNz Dude your kid is REAL good. I'm 29, been DJ'ing in my bedroom for the last 8 years & he's MILES better than me! Granted, I spin House, Techno & Electro & don't practice much cutting/scratching but this kid gotz himself a bright future. You must be very proud. Congratulations on teaching him well...Peace out...DJTrueSoul.

  • este chaval es un makina cuando sea grande nadie le va poder parar asi se hace maestro

  • wow! he improved a lot.. congrats!!! one day he will becaome famous

  • it's very cheesy when she said "nine years old".

    If he's nine, so?

  • @dhoudwinie ...And the point is....

  • @DJJPGUNNz the point is I'm jealous

  • @dhoudwinie its so the people watching know how old he is, dont be jelly!

  • GREAT job man. It's awesome to see our generation involved in music! This boy has natural talent. Truely amazing at only 9 years old, wow!

  • the part from 0:45 is sick!

  • im 11 and he is way better than me lol :p great DJ!!

  • Unbelievable - put it down AKidd! You're on your way to DMC Championships.

  • Excellent performance. The way he added the beat manually to the MJ Acapella at the end really shows his understanding of music composition. Great job.

  • the best thing is he is rockin vinyl. He competes in the DMC championships right? I thought he was in nationals last year. i could be trippin.

  • @seattlesean100 You're right on the money, mang. Keep your eyes peeled for more stuff by this talented youth. He's working on another new routine for a near future DMC regional battle coming up.

  • the best thing is he is rockin vinyl.

  • Tell him keep it up!!!! Nice

  • I remember seeing that old video of A-KIDD a few years back,.. dudes got skills, talk about progression! Definately gonna be the king in a few years.

Nuff props to both him and the parents for nurturing his skill and supporting him. This kids gonna go far in life

  • hes pretty darn good. i like to see him playing some old stuff too. keep the oldies alive!!!

  • damn this kid is BADASS. i still haven't learned beatjuggle yet lol

  • Damn he is better than me.

  • damn a-kidd you getting too good too quick its scary keep it up little man that ABC sample is hot

  • WTF. I was going to comment that this kid has skills.... then I noticed he wasn't wearing headphones. Unnatural.

  • well if i had the money to afford that stuff when i was that young im sure i would be getting some where hell i cant even afford my dj stuff right now :P

  • @mcmurtrey12345

    Peace Mcmurtrey12345,

I surely hope hope you're not implying that I and my wife are rich. He's actually playing on MY turntables which I've owned for years. It's called being very involved parents who, in our emotional & physical availability, properly foster a child's interest.

  • @DJJPGUNNz well i hate to tell you it not every one can be involved ive been considered white trash sence day one becuase i lived in a shitty trailer im not being mean or any thing but truthley i envey him :)

  • @mcmurtrey12345

    Peace mcmurtrey12345,

Anybody can do whatever they want if they put their minds and hearts into it. Not to sound clicheic but it's true. Bump what people say. Surpass the stereotypes & rise above. Put in the hard work and succeed. Nothing comes easy, right?

  • @DJJPGUNNz well thank you :) . you are very inspireing by your verbel speach there lol i gues your right i better keep trying and attempt to get a job lol and get my dj ing equipement

  • nine years old...yeahhhh keep it on...respect

  • Just wanted to let you know that this kid is gonna be in the DJ hall of fame some day....Way to stick behind his dreams mom & dad!!!! God bless

  • Avante,

Keep up the hard work and practicing! It's paying off!

That was sick, you got ill skillz!
